Our Toddler Curriculum focuses on encouraging independence and forming healthy relationships. As each toddler begins to learn language, the teachers at Little Blue guide and support their communication and negotiation with other children. We listen carfully to the stories that toddlers tell us and learn to understand each child's individual way of speaking. When children form loving, trusting relationships with caregivers, they feel safe & supported to learn to do many things on their own. As young children gain independence, they also gain confidence and the ability to express emotions & needs in healthy ways.
